Old Time Tuna Casserole

This one of those meals that nobody minds having every week. It's a classic afterall.
You will need:
4 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 cans of tuna, drained
1.5 cups frozen peas
1.5 cups of half & half
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/4 onion, chopped pretty small
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 small can of french fried onions

Preheat oven to 350.
Boil noodles for 8 min, add the frozen peas for 2 min. Drain. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish.

In a bowl, combine the soup, half & half, onion, salt, and tuna. Stir. Pour over the top of the noodles, and fold in. Don't necessarily stir or you will break up your noodles too much.

Cover and bake for 30 min. Take out and sprinkle the fried onions on top, return to the oven, uncovered for another 5 min. Let sit for 5 min before serving.
