Classic Meatloaf

I have had a million different meat loaves, and this is the one I always fall back on. It's simple, flavorful, and oh so juicy, well maybe it's just greasy, but that's how a meat loaf should be!

You need:
1 pd. ground beef, I prefer 87/13 but whatever is close
1/2 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, or a red, or a bit of both
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350.
Throw your beef in a bowl...

In a small bowl, mix your dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Add it to the beef.

Now throw in the onion, pepper, egg, and bread crumbs

It's time for the best part, mixing it with your CLEAN hands :)

Put it into a loaf pan and cover the top with ketchup

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. We always eat our meat loaf with a side of Kraft Mac n Cheese, house rules.
