Pizza Pizza

Ok so I made these two pizza's a while back for my whole family when we were celebrating my mom's birthday, and my mom has been wanting to know how to make them ever since. So we went over to her house for pizza night :)
This first one is my favorite, Cajun Combination Pizza

Before I show off these pizza's, let me just throw something out there....I do not make my own dough. Ok! There! I said it. Now, moving on...
Boboli knows their stuff, they make a great dough.
You need:
1 Boboli pizza crust
1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. of Cajun seasoning (such as Emeril's Bayou Blast or McCormick Cajun blend)
1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce
1/2 of a red bell pepper, julienned
2 cups of shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 pd. raw shrimp (deviened and shelled obviously)
1/2 pd. chicken breast, cut into bit size pieces
2 links of Italian sausages, also in bite size pieces.

Season the chicken with 1/2 tbsp of cajun seasoning, and in a lightly oil-coated pan, cook for about 8 min, just til cooked through. Remove from pan. Season the shrimp with another 1/2 tbsp of seasoning, and cook in the same pan, but only for about 2 min, just til they start to turn opaque. Remove from pan. Cook the sausage now for about 8 min, just til cooked through.
Spread 1/4 cup of alfredo sauce over crust, sprinkle remaining tbsp of cajun seasoning over, as well as the tsp of red pepper flakes.
Layer on 1 cup of the mozz cheese, and then put on your meats, the chicken, sausage and shrimp.

Then add your red bell pepper, and the remaining cup of mozz cheese. I usually sprinkle more cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes on the very top before baking ( I like it HOT)
Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 18 min.

Fresh Spinach and Tomato Pizza
1 Boboli pizza crust
1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 tomatoes, sliced thin (you want red juicy tomatoes, not roma)
4 cups fresh spinach
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese

Spread your Alfredo sauce over the crust, and then add your garlic. Top that with 1 cup off the mozz cheese. Add your spinach, and then tomatoes and top off with last cup of mozz cheese. Bake at 425 for about 18 min, til cheese starts to crisp.
