My Famous Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Yesterday was the 4th of July, and so like every other American family, we got down with some bbq.  With all the chaos in the kitchen though, I totally forgot to take pics along the way while I was making my spinach dip.  I did manage to snap a shot of it just as I was about to lick my bowl clean. This is my most popular recipe. I have never taken it anywhere without being asked for a copy. So here it is.

You will need;
1 pkg. of frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup fresh grated parmesan

Combine all ingredients into a 2 qt baking dish, and bake uncovered for 35 min.
Serve with tortilla chips.
